Soundz Healing

Soundz Healing is a healing-centre based in Lake Macquarie, NSW, offering weekly sessions that blend sound-therapy, movement and community in a grounded, safe space. Their offerings include weekly sound baths, chakra-dance classes, drum & voice workshops, and one-to-one healing sessions. Their intention is to create deep resonance and transformation for mind, body and spirit.
