    At Spiritual Maps, we are committed to maintaining a high-quality and trustworthy directory. To ensure consistency and provide the best user experience, all listings must meet the following requirements:

    1. Supplier Profile Requirements

    Suppliers are required to complete a profile that clearly communicates their capabilities. Each profile must include:

    • Full Name/Business Name
    • Contact Information: A valid phone number or email address.
    • Website or Social Media: A link to the business website or at least one active social media page (e.g., Facebook).
    • Brief Description: A short description (minimum of 100 characters) summarising your services to give visitors a clear understanding of what you offer.
    • Operational Details: Indicate whether your event, church, course, or business operates online or at a physical location.
    • Region Location: If operating from a physical location, specify at least one region where you operate (e.g., Brisbane, Melbourne, Central Coast).

    2. Directory Listing Minimum Requirements

    To ensure all listings are complete and helpful to users, the following criteria must be met:

    • Complete contact information.
    • Clear indication of the type of operation (online or physical location).
    • At least one specified region location.

    3. Content Guidelines

    • Listings must not contain inappropriate language, defamatory content, or any harmful elements such as malware.
    • Listings must not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.

    4. Profile Verification

    • All profiles submitted to Spiritual Maps are verified by our team to ensure they meet the requirements outlined in this policy.

    5. Membership Upgrades

    • Businesses can upgrade their membership to access additional features, increase visibility, and generate more leads.

    6. Contact Details

    • Suppliers are responsible for ensuring that their contact details remain accurate and up-to-date.
    • If your contact information changes, please notify us promptly via email at info@spiritualmaps.com.au.

    By submitting a listing to Spiritual Maps, you agree to comply with this policy. Listings that do not meet these requirements may be rejected or removed.
